    Seems to be the same info that I was getting in The Search for the Manchurian Candidate as it pertains to what the title is alluding to complete with several chapters about a cardboard villainous Mucsleman in the beginning I suppose to demonstrate that the actions begun by the CIA following Project Paperclip some 30 or 40 odd years
