S nearly every weekend As her mid 40s approach at an alarming speed she’s still searching for the love of her life As she finds herself seeking out the company of the cute tomboy next door she starts to realize that she’s been looking in all the wrong places Could it possibly be the neighbor who holds the key to her hea. I usually like Gerri Hill books but this one bites There was NO conflict super slow boring and terribly repetitive The book should have ended at 25% I found both characters particularly Laura terribly immature for their age I mean seriously she s spying on her neighbor with binoculars and is stressed because she has a crush on her So what Since there was no conflict there wasn t any reason why the two shouldn t have coupled up

This was an enjoyable book and very funny at times. It's a clear winner from author Gerri Hill. Laura is a former author with writer's block who moves back home to care for her invalid mo

A gentle romance with plenty of laughs. A very entertaining read – 5 Stars

When Laura moves back home to help her mother, she doesn’t bank on finding next door neighbour, Cassidy, quite so distracting. It doesn’t take long though for that distraction to turn in to an undeniable attraction, something which Laura desperately tries to resist.

This was a really good classic romance story, and ma
