    Wish I had a book club that we were doing this in it's all the things we have been learning about Flow Mindfulness Embracing Imperfection but all in one location I skimmed big parts of it because I felt like I had already been doing the work but it would have been nice to have that female group to meet with and help each other empower each other

    This book was far better than I expected I picked it up inititally because it was co authored by Gillian Anderson and I have been a huge fan of hers for the past 23 years of my life But I ended up loving it for far than its author Many of the concepts and techniues introduced in the book were already familiar to me since I have spent a great deal of time studying and practicing yoga meditation amygdala retraining neur
